NCDD National College for DUI Defense: Michael J. Nichols

OWI-OUIL-DUI expert Mike Nichols of Lansing has been named Michigan delegate to the National College for DUI Defense for the 2012-2015 term. "I am honored and privileged to have this leadership role," said Nichols. "The State Bar of Michigan does not require continuing legal education for lawyers, which is almost embarrassing to me when I consider the fact that so many other states do require their lawyers to continue their legal education," Nichols said.

The National College for DUI Defense is a national organization dedicated to teaching lawyers the law and science involved with defending those accused of drinking while impaired by drugs or alcohol.
