A citizen accused of drunk driving in East Lansing has his life back thanks to  Wendy Schiller-Nichols. Ms. Schiller-Nichols got all charges dismissed and obtained a Careless Driving for her client, who now has a new lease on life.

“The police stopped the client because he drove left of the centerline and had an expired license plate tag,” said Ms. Schiller-Nichols. She added  “the client blew a .13 on the Datamaster.  After being stopped, the client admitted having 4 beers with the last beer being consumed approximately one hour before the stop.” Ms. Schiller-Nichols still successfully negotiated the outcome.
