"The United States Supreme Court made its position clear: the government has the obligation to prove the elements of the crime through live testimony of witnesses who bear testimony against an accused," said Mike Nichols. Nichols is an author, attorney and adjunct professor of DUI Law and Practice at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing.
