By Michael Nichols
Categories: Minor in Possession

Karen Phillips secured the dismissal of a Minor in Possession of alcohol charge for a client of the Nichols Law Firm.  The dismissal will be permanent so long as the client follows the law for 90 days and completes an online alcohol course.  The benefit to the client is that as a college student he will not have a conviction on any criminal record that would have to be reported to employers or potential employers.

If you face an alcohol-related charge and need help to keep it off your record, contact Karen Phillips at (517) 432-9000.
