Facing Multiple Felony Drug Charges - Client Walks Away with a Chance at a Clean Record

By Michael Nichols
Categories: Michael J. Nichols, Drug Crimes

The Nichols Law Firm negotiated a second chance for a client in a Michigan-drug-case. The client was charged with multiple felony drug charges including gun possession. “We had to use the best facts in our favor. This was less a matter of finding legal flaws in the prosecution’s case and more a matter of playing up the favorable facts – especially a client who was the girlfriend of the drug dealer and a very naïve small-town girl,” said Mike Nichols. The client was also a potential target in a federal drug trafficking indictment. “We got to the United States Attorney’s Office right away and turned this thing around for this young woman,” Nichols added.
