The Lansing State Journal covered the recent victory by Michigan DUI-DUID attorney Mike Nichols of East Lansing. A judge granted a motion to exclude forensic evidence that the blood sample taken from an Ohio man charged with DUI contained small amounts of marijuana according to the Michigan State Police forensic science lab.
