DETROIT NEWS COVERS MIKE NICHOLS VICTORY IN DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS CASE - BLOOD TEST NOT RELIABLE SAYS COURT

The Detroit News reports on a ground breaking decision that held that the Michigan State Police lab did not establish the reliability of a blood analysis for marijuana. The court granted a motion filed by East Lansing DUID attorney Mike Nichols.
