Minor In Possession Client With A Previous Offense Gets Case Dismissed

Wendy Schiller-Nichols client was charged with MIP.  The police officer said that the client bribed the police office and was very drunk.  To add to the complications of this case, the client had a prior MIP.  Because of the facts of this case, the prosecutor was not going to offer any plea bargain to Wendy Schiller-Nichols’ client.  However, on the morning of jury selection, Wendy Schiller-Nichols was able to convince the prosecutor that the client was deserving of a lesser offense.  The prosecutor finally offered two civil infraction and dismissed the MIP.  The client was very happy and advised Wendy Schiller-Nichols that she was a “life saver.”  It was her 21st Birthday that day.
