Mike Nichols and Andrew Abood appeared in front of a visiting judge in district court in Ingham County on Thursday April 15th, 2010. They ran the preliminary examination in the case of Judge Beverley Nettles Nickerson. Ms. Nickerson is a former judge who is now charged with assaulting a police officer. “The case was bound over for trial but we made a solid record with the witnesses and that is what we needed to do,” said Mike Nichols.
