Michigan DUI-DUID Attorney Mike Nichols: the Devil is in the Details of Legislation to Make Marijuana More Accessible

 A committee of lawmakers in the Michigan House gave approval of a bill to make more changes to Michigan's marijuana laws. East Lansing OWID-Medical Marijuana attorney Mike Nichols says "the misleading piece of all this is that a major part of the proposed law requires the federal government to decriminalize marijuana."
