By Michael Nichols
Categories: Wendy M. Schiller-Nichols, Drunk-Driving

Attorney Wendy Schiller Nichols was able to obtain a dismissal at a Secretary of State Hearing, which allowed her client to keep his license. Wendy Schiller Nichols client was stopped for drunk driving. He refused the PBT roadside test, and also refused the data master breath test at the police station. The Secretary of State could have suspended his license for one year, and added six points on his driving record. This is a successful outcome for Ms Schiller-Nichols' client. The police officer did not see her client actually operating the motor vehicle. Instead, her client was walking away from his vehicle at the time he came in contact with the police officer.
