NLF Family Law Guru Colline Cheltenham Keeps on Going - Even Virtually
From mediations to emergency hearings, Colline Cheltenham refuses to let the lockdown from COVID-19 to get between her and her client’s results. Ms. Cheltenham, in between attending webinars from “what constitutes an emergency” to “child support review in the COVID mass layoff crisis” and home-schooling her kids, has been representing clients and charging the hill to get a day in court for her clients.
The whole idea is treating this as if every case is her own: “I can’t imagine how I would feel if I thought my ex-spouse or soon-to-be ex-spouse were a danger to my child or – I have an opportunity to tell my story to the court and all my lawyer wanted to do is ‘Netflix and chill’ – that’s not me,” Colline says.
Keep in mind that even before the COVID outbreak crippled the justice system as we know it, Colline was working hard to stay on the cutting edge of Michigan Family Law. That includes attendance at the 2019 ICLE Family Law Institute, writing articles for Michigan families and lawyers and attending several continuing legal education seminars AND was acknowledged again on a very exclusive list which is (supposedly) secret until the publisher releases the embargo in the fall (rhymes with “dooper brawyers).
If you want the lawyer who is so committed to results that she will throw aside the COVID crisis to safely advocate for you as if it were her own case – call Colline Cheltenham and find out why she is committed to results at 517 432 9000 or ccheltenham@nicholslaw.net
