Michigan OWI-DUI-OUIL expert Mike Nichols of East Lansing to instruct other lawyers on communicating the new DMT to juries

Attorneys have the opportunity to learn the theory and operation of the new datamaster dmt device in Lansing on June 3rd. The course will feature a presentation by Michael J. Nichols, Esq, author of the "OWI Handbook" by Thompson Reuters West. Mr. Nichols will speak on communicating the law and science to juries. Mr. Nichols is also an adjunct professor at Thomas Cooley Law School of the course "DUI Law and Practice" at the Lansing campus. The State of Michigan has ordered over 200 datamaster dmt devices to replace the bac datamaster. This will be a full-day course by instructors approved by the manufacturer of the datamaster, Chuck Rathburn and Mary McMurray. The course will also feature a presentation by Patrick Barone, Esq.
