      Expert DUI-OWI-OUIL Attorney Mike Nichols of East Lansing completed the summer session for the National College of DUI Defense July 28-30 in Cambridge Massachusets. "Not only was the campus at Harvard University beautiful but the speakers and sessions were uplifting and enriching." The Nichols Law Firm is dedicated to the continuing legal educaton of its attorneys. Nichols said: "Karen Phillips is an exellent DUI-OWI-OUIL attorney and she is suited well for the ongoing legal education from the NCDD summer session." 

      The session featured a lecture on uncertainty in chemical measurements and analysis. Nichols added "this is the most significant development in forensic science in decades. It is critical that all lawyers understand its impact." The session also featured a presentation by Roger Dodd on cross examination as well as famed attorney F. Lee Bailey.

     Mike Nichols is the author of the OWI Handbook by West Publishing and an adjunct law professor of DUI law and practice at Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing. Nichols and Phillips are both members of the National College for DUI Defense.
