The Nichols Law Firm wins one of the shortest custody trials in Ingham County history! A judge suspended the client’s custody in the spring of 2007 but the Nichols Law Firm came to the rescue. Lawyers from the firm attacked the affidavits supporting the opposing party’s motion, worked with the client on answering the charges and, after months of work outside the courtroom, went to court and went on the attack.
