TRIAL TO BEGIN FOR A CASE WHERE AN OWI CLIENT'S BLOOD DRAW DID NOT FOLLOW REGULATION

 In this case, Ms. Phillips has been working on a motion to get the client’s blood results suppressed.  As the blood draw, which occurred at a local hospital,  was not performed with the typical Michigan State Police Tri-Tech kit, and the test results were never sent  to Michigan State Police for analysis. . .
