Mike Nichols trains for the Capital City River Run Half Marathon:

Mike Nichols announced plans to run in the Capital City River Run Half Marathon in Lansing this September. Mike ran in the Chicago marathon in 2007, enduring grueling heat and record high temperatures in the windy city. Mike has started training and will continue his regiment throughout the summer. It has been tough to stay injury free and pain free after the Chicago event but, with the help of Dr. Owen Anderson, a local running coach and physiologist, Mike has decided to take on the challenge!
