Wendy Schiller-Nichols represented the estate and family of a young man who suffered from cerebral palsy.  One day, while attending a party at his school, this young man was fed scrambled egg by staff members.   It was well-known by the staff that he could only eat pureed food.  It was alleged that the scrambled egg caused this young man to choke, which caused the cardiac arrest and resulted in his death.  Wendy Schiller-Nichols was able to procure a favorable settlement for the estate and this young man’s family.
