Michigan Criminal Defense Attorney Mike Nichols – Who Some Call the “Guru” of Forensic Evidence – Teaches Other Lawyers About the Using “Experts”

(Gaylord) Leading criminal defense attorney Mike Nichols joined other leaders in Michigan Criminal Defense on the faculty at the annual “All Summer Long” seminar presented by the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan. Nichols, whose main office is in East Lansing, will speak on “experts – yours or theirs.”

Nichols said “I’m pleased that I get the opportunity to work with other lawyers on a critical subject matter – expert witnesses.” Nichols is an adjunct professor of forensic evidence in criminal law at Thomas M. Cooley Law School and an associate member of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences. He co-authored a chapter on “DUI Mathematics” by West-Aspatore Publishing and he is the author of the “OWI Handbook” by West.
