This is the 3rd year that Michigan’s police agencies are using the “Intoxilyzer 9000” for evidential breath test purposes. Therefore, it is the 3rd year that attorney/author Mike Nichols assembled an expert team of lawyers and experts to train lawyers from all over Michigan on the instrument’s inner secrets and observations from its common problems.
