Michael J. Nichols

Michael J. Nichols is a co-chair of the ICBA Criminal Law Section.  He specializes in litigation in complex criminal matters, especially alcohol and drug offenses and the defense of those charged with drunk driving.  He authored the Michigan OWI Handbook for West Publishing.
 

Wendy M. Schiller-Nichols

 Ms. Schiller-Nichols' practice focuses on litigation in the areas of personal injury including automobile negligence, medical malpractice, wrongful death, dog bite, slip and fall and products liability.

 Ms Phillips joined the Nichols Law Firm in October 2007, after practicing in a small 2 attorney firm in Lansing, Michigan. Her legal practice focuses on criminal defense and family law including divorce, child custody, and juvenile delinquency cases.
