Michael J. Nichols

Mr. Nichols is a nationally-recognized trial attorney in the area of drunk driving and drugged driving defense. He is the author of the Michigan OWI Handbook for West Publishing. He has devoted his career to representing and exonerating clients all over Michigan.

 


Wendy M. Schiller-Nichols

Ms. Schiller-Nichols' practice focuses on litigation in the areas of personal injury including automobile negligence, medical malpractice, wrongful death, dog bite, and

Karen L. Phillips

Ms. Phillips has been with the Nichols Law Firm for ten years. She came to our firm after practicing in a small firm in Lansing, Michigan. Her legal practice focuses on criminal defense and family law including divorce, child custody, and juvenile delinquency cases. She also specializes in driver’s license restoration issues and Secretary of State hearings.


Stephanie Tzafaroglou

Ms. Tzafaroglou is the driving force behind the litigation practice that has set precedent and turned desperate situations into winning cases. She is the leading drafter of most motion practice at the Nichols Law Firm. She focuses her practice on criminal law, family law, estate planning, and appellate practice.
