Tough New Michigan-DUI Laws Take Effect Next Year

Michigan’s lawmakers are at it again: so-called “superdrunk” legislation will take effect in October, 2010. “It’s another onerous crackdown on Michigan-DUI cases” said attorney Mike Nichols.
