Mike Nichols helped lead a presentation on evidence to lawyers and judges at the Ingham County Bench-Bar conference. The presentation focused on foundations for impeachment and foundations for admitting exhibits. Nichols said "it was fun and I the feedback was really good from everyone." Nichols added "it is nice to get most of the Ingham County Judges in the same room and hopefully it will breed consistency on how evidentiary foundations are laid so that lawyers and their clients know what to expect." |
