Michigan Criminal Defense Attorney Mike Nichols Puts the Mitten State on the National Stage By Presenting at the American Academy of Forensic Sciences

Mike Nichols of East Lansing is part of a workshop featuring national speakers at the American Academy of Forensic Sciences 2013 Annual Conference. Nichols will present the perspective of defense attorney in the workshop entitled “Science in the Courtroom – A Matter of Perspective.”

Nichols is an adjunct professor of Forensic Science at Thomas M. Cooley Law School’s Lansing Campus, is the author of the West “OWI Handbook” for Michigan lawyers and co-authored the chapter “DUI Mathematics” for West. He is an associate member of the AAFS Jurisprudence Section, the Michigan delegate to the National College for DUI Defense and is the Secretary and a founding member of the Michigan Association of OWI Attorneys.
