Categories: Michael J. Nichols, Drunk-Driving, OWI

Mike Nichols of East Lansing will educate lawyers from around the state on the science of blood and breath alcohol testing on October 18th. The conference is through the State Appellate Defenders Office (SADO). Nichols is excited about the opportunity: "I love educating other lawyers. The more lawyers who are trained in the science of blood and breath testing, the more judges and juries are going to be willing to listen about the variances in both methods.

Nichols of East Lansing is the state delegate to the National College for DUI Defense and a founder and current secretary for the Michigan Association of OWI Attorneys. Nichols' book, the Michigan OWI Handbook, will be updated as of November, 2013 by West Publishing. Nichols can be reach at mnichols@nicholslaw.net
