Reckless Driving Result For Client of the Nichols Law Firm Originally Charged With Drunk Driving

By Michael Nichols
Categories: Wendy M. Schiller-Nichols, Drunk-Driving

Wendy Schiller-Nichols was able to obtain a Reckless Driving for her client who had a breath test of .10, .11.  The client was stopped for riding the centerline for approximately 20 seconds and for a license plate light being out.  The client was cooperative, 21 years old and had never been in trouble with the law prior to this occasion.  The client was very happy and appreciative to be given this break, since he will not have a drunk driving conviction on his record thanks to the hard work of his attorney, Wendy Schiller-Nichols.
