Michigan DUI Attorney and Forensic Evidence Expert Mike Nichols to Present at the Mastering Scientific Evidence Course in New Orleans

 Mike Nichols of Meridian Township will help represent the State of Michigan at a national conference on Mastering Scientific Evidence. The course is co-sponsored by the National College for DUI Defense and Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers and is held in New Orleans, Louisiana. Nichols topic is mathematical truths in DUI cases.
   Nichols says his topic is essentially about the limitations of forensic measurements. "I am excited and honored to be speaking on this topic to this great group of attorneys, to teach people on uncertainty and traceability and do it at one of the pre-eminent forensic evidence courses in the country." Nichols is a leading attorney in the defense of those charged with driving while impaired by drugs and alcohol. His office is based in East Lansing, from which he also authored a book on DUI defense for West Publishing; co-authored chapters on measurement and forensic evidence and he has been named a SuperLawyer for the last 2 years in DUI Defense and Criminal Law.
