Michigan "SuperLawyer" Mike Nichols Appears on Statewide Radio to Discuss an Injustice and How to Right a Wrong

East Lansing attorney Mike Nichols was a guest on the "Michael Patrick Shiels" radio show on Monday July 7th discussing a case in which an 18 year old man was given a sentence that was 3 times what the Michigan Sentencing Guidelines calculated. Nichols, who is designated a SuperLawyer in DUI/Criminal Defense for 3 years running said the case "calls into question the fairness of the process in this case." A link to the interview is here:
