Michigan "SuperLawyer" Mike Nichols Appears on Statewide Radio to Discuss an Injustice and How to Right a Wrong

East Lansing attorney Mike Nichols was a guest on the "Michael Patrick Shiels" radio show on Monday July 7th discussing a case in which an 18 year old man was given a sentence that was 3 times what the Michigan Sentencing Guidelines calculated. Nichols, who is designated a SuperLawyer in DUI/Criminal Defense for 3 years running said the case "calls into question the fairness of the process in this case." A link to the interview is here:


Nichols is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Criminal Law Section governing council, the board of the Michigan Association of OWI Attorneys, the National DUI Lawyers Association of America, the National College for DUI Defense (state delegate and sustaining member) and he is serving on a task force for the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan (CDAM).
