The 2010 update to the Michigan OWI handbook by Thomsen West publishing and authored by Mike Nichols has been released. "The update includes important new information for lawyers," said author and OWI expert Mike Nichols. He added: "not only do we update Michigan lawyers on changes to the law but on new advancements in our attacks on the lack of good science in the Michigan State Police testing process." The book is on sale now and Nichols will be promoting the book at the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers/National College of DUI Defense annual conference in Las Vegas on October 13th-16th. |
