Holiday parties are in full force. Mike Nichols, one of the top OWI-attorneys-in-Michigan, has advice on how to make sure to keep your holidays happy.
"Your safest choice is to find a ride if you have more than two drinks," Nichols says. Nichols added: "based on my experience representing thousands of people charged with OWI-DUI-in-Michigan, it is almost impossible to maintain your judgment about whether you are impaired once you start consuming alcohol. Based on my training, the scientific research is pretty consistent that you just cannot reliably tell what the measurement of your bac will be so your best bet is to find a ride when you order that 3rd drink."
