Wendy Schiller-Nichols obtained a Careless Driving for her client who was charged with OWI 1st and blew a .12 on the Datamaster breath instrument. Ms. Schiller-Nichols’ client was stopped by the police for speeding and swerving over the yellow fog line. Ms. Schiller-Nichols’ client did well on the field sobriety tests.
