MIKE NICHOLS CALLS INTO QUESTION THE VALIDITY OF PROCEDURES AT THE LANSING TOXICOLOGY LAB

A 6 hour hearing before a judge in a Northern Michigan District Court may produce information that could prove earth-shattering for thousands of drunk driving defendants. “The judge is going to sign an order to help us get information that could call into question the reliability of some of the procedures at the Lansing lab,” Mike Nichols said. Mike Nichols is part of a team of attorneys working to defend a motorist charged with felony drunk driving.
