A Nichols Law Firm client and MSU Student charged with three misdemeanors walks away with two civil infractions:
  
An MSU student received two misdemeanor charges for having an Open Alcohol Container and a third misdemeanor charge for Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor. Karen Phillips of the Nichols Law Firm, PLLC, got one of the Open Alcohol charges dismissed completely, the second reduced to a civil infraction and the Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor charge reduced to a civil infraction as well.
