By Michael Nichols
Categories: OWI

The 48th Annual East Lansing Art Festival, May 21 – 22, 2011.  After a long day of walking around, many people no doubt found themselves enjoying some alcoholic beverages at the local bars/restaurants.  Of course, if you are going to drive after having alcohol beverages, it is best to call a cab.  However, if you find yourself behind the wheel, be aware that the East Lansing Police will stop you for pretty much any reason, including the following:  taillight not working; failure to use blinker; failing to turn when you do use your blinker; dangling ornament from your review mirror; swerving within and/or outside your lane; speeding; driving too slow; failure to come to a full stop at stop signs; running a red light; license plate light not working; headlight not working or failure to turn headlights on; break light not working; squealing your tires; etc.  If you find yourself charged in East-Lansing-or-Lansing-with-an-OWI-DUI-OUIL-call-an-attorney-at-The- Nichols-Law-Firm.
