DUI-OWI-OUIL-ATTORNEY MIKE NICHOLS SAYS THAT THE RIPPLE EFFECT OF A SUPREME COURT CASE IS ALREADY HITTING HOME FOR MICHIGAN-OWI-DUI-OUIL CASES
 

The Michigan Supreme Court has proposed a new rule for courts that will make it easier for prosecutors to admit evidence despite constitutional safeguards. "The Supreme Court proposed a 'notice and demand' provision to require accused citizens to demand the laboratory analyst to testify in a case," says DUI-OWI-OUIL expert and law professor Mike Nichols.
